Daddy is putting me into a onesie, with my favorite stuffies (all of them) and my favorite paci so I can watch Disney+ in bed with all my kitties 🥰 I woke up having the worst, most intense nightmare. I woke up crying, shaking and totally out of breath. The feeling is still lingering so Daddy is helping me to feel better 💖 I love him so much!

Do you have nightmares? What do you do to help shake the feeling of a super intense one? I've had chronic night terrors since I was 3 but I still haven't ever gotten used to them.

Mental Health is so important! I have been keeping a journal of my thoughts, dream/nightmares, my goals and ambitions and my struggles. It has been a really healthy self care method I have used since I was younger! I don't always keep up with it because I tend to allow life to get in the way a bit too often but I always come back to it. It's strange to read back on old entries and see where I was mentally a year ago, 2 years ago etc. I love seeing where I have grown, where I still need to grow and new changes I can make!

Beep beep, it's me again 🙈 just wanting to drop some love and positivity to all those babies out there who might be feeling alone or sad. When summer ends and fall begins here in Washington, I get really sad and I feel super alone. But we cannot stay sad forever! SO I put on my favorite onesie, cuddle into bed with my stuffies and I watch any Disney movie that feels right. You should do it too 💖 because everyone deserves to be happy and to not feel alone. You can always message me toooooo, I'm trying to get more involved in the community again.

I just want to talk about my best friend real quick. She is the strongest, bravest most kind person to ever walk this earth. She welcomed me with open arms and ever since she has been the bestest friend a girl could ask for. I am so happy that I am able to be myself 100% with her, whether it is when we get into little space or when we get into kitten space.
