I know it feels unbearable. I know you may not feel, not really. Maybe nothings going good, and nothing ever gets better. Maybe you're close to giving up. But don't do it. Don't give up on your life, please.

You are enough. You have always been enough. No amount of mistakes, or bad days, or emptiness, or shitty people, can ever make you less than whole and wonderful. We all have our flaws. We are all bruised and burnt, and we are all scarred. But it's okay to be bruised. Its okay to feel hurt, its okay to feel nothing, its okay to make mistakes, its okay to be selfish, its okay to stay in bed, its okay to miss that event, its okay to be alone, its okay to be sad, its okay. It's okay. it's okay. You are not broken. You are only bruised. You might be tired. You might be lonely. You might be sad. You might be empty. You might be heartbroken. But YOU are not broken. Because you are not something that can be broken. You were not born to be given away in small shattered pieces. You are not something that can shatter. Because you belong solely and wholly to yourself. You are only human. And you are enough. You are worthy of support. You are worthy of love. And you are worthy of life.

So please, do not give up on your life. Do not give up on yourself. Seek support. There is no shame in needing a helping hand. Seek support, and know that you are always enough. Nothing in the world can change that. Nothing can ever lessen your worth. So, carry on my dear. I know its heavy, but please, you have to carry on. I promise you, this isn't your end.
