Dog number 2 of my Dogs Getting Around series: Corgi on skates. One of the reasons I’m doing this challenge is to practice my character design and representation—what visual characteristics make a corgi a corgi. As you can see in the timelapse I went through several iterations before I settled on this design. In fact, I thought I was finished when I realized it didn’t look like a corgi. It was too thin, and the body not long and round enough. So, I had to make further revisions.
