Fear Itself
Faelan hadn’t really paid much attention to the events of that day. He’d fed from a number of travelers passing through town and on a couple of supernaturals throughout the town itself; but nothing had been too out of the ordinary. That was until he’d come across a rather irritable young wolf. After some words were exchanged, the two had gotten into a brief brawl; but on a number of occasions Faelan had almost found himself on the receiving end of a werewolf bite. Normally, it wouldn’t have been a big deal; but he’d realized that he’d been afraid. He hadn’t felt fear in over seven hundred years….
Iona felt his way along the street, not sure where he was it was so...dark, was it night? Why weren't the street lamps on? Wasn’t it only one PM? Using his wolf eyes were of no help. It was still impossibly dark and he was relaying on his sense of smell to find his way home. Though Iona was on the verge of a panic attack not sure where he was not knowing what was in front of him. He let out scream as he bumped in to someone. He was sure it was someone. Lamp posts didn’t breath. He calmed down slightly when he could smell the raw emotion of fear. “Are you okay?” Iona asked. “I er ah sorry I screamed in your ear probably. It’s just so fucking dark.”

Iona looked back and rolled his eyes. There he was Thane. Iona had been doing his best to ignore Thane and slowly cut him out of his life. Iona sighed and looked at Thane crossing his arms. “What do you want now?” He asked somewhat bitterly. He narrowed his eyes.
“Why do you think that’s embarrassing? It’s just nail polish, you giant baby.” She poked his nose and stood to go get her nail polish bag. “I think I want a nice pastel blue this time.”
“Because I have a bad boy, punk girl thing going on right now and the pastel orange will reveal that i actually really like pastel colours. It’s my deepest shame.”
“You’re so lame. What about blood red? It’s nearly black with just a hint of red. You’ll love it. But I’m painting your toes pastel orange whether you like it or not.”
“Alright fine blood red on my fingers. And Thane can never see never see my toes until it comes off.”
“I’m sorry- I didn’t mean to offend you.”
“I’m too bubbly to be mad. Or to teach I’m thinking of just doing practical classes today.”

“What no I can’t wear Orange nail polish. That would ruin my bad boy aesthetic. The only time I wear orange nailpolish is when its halloween.”
