• Brenda: The loudest voice in Blissbay! She’s a scandalous lady who spends her days nagging Bob and keeping everyone in the park on their toes.

• Kevin: Their son, who is already having some "disagreements" with the law. Definitely the park's resident troublemaker.

2. The Parkers (Lot #04): Sarah, a hardworking and kind single mom, trying to raise her little ray of sunshine, Lily, in the middle of all this chaos.

3. The Reeds (Lot #03): Eleanor and Arthur, the intellectual heart of the park. They are the most polite and well-read couple you'll ever meet in a place like this.

4. Howard Miller: The strict Park Manager who is constantly trying (and failing) to keep this wild bunch under control.

I tried to make the environment feel as real as possible — from the rust on the signs to the laundry hanging on the lines.

Hi everyone! I’ve been pouring my heart into a very special project in inZOI — a fully detailed and lived-in trailer park called Blissbay. My goal was to capture that gritty, soulful, and slightly "worn-out" atmosphere of the early 2000s.

The Location includes:

• 6 Unique Trailers: Each designed to reflect the personality of its owners.

• Park Office: Where the rules are enforced (or at least Howard tries to).

• Local Shop & Laundromat: The hub for all the neighborhood gossip.

• Bob’s Garage: A greasy haven for old trucks and cold beer.

This is more than just a house; it’s a living collection of family stories, stretching across three generations. Behind its brick facade lies the cozy warmth of home: the familiar creak of the wooden floors, the irresistible scent of fresh baking drifting from the spacious kitchen, and a sun-drenched sunroom where time slows down to paint. Every corner is steeped in memories, and the flourishing garden with its climbing arches is ready to welcome a new chapter of life. A perfect retreat for those seeking peace and inspiration.
