What if Sheldon’s gonna be in Splatoon Raiders, and he’s gonna play a huge role, even moreso than his role in Splatoon 2’s Hero Mode.

All of the stuff that I think could be foreshadowing to Sheldon’s presence in the game (most of them being huge stretches)

1. In the very first teaser trailer for the game during the opening cutscene, you can see a newspaper with Shelly and Donny on it.

I know this is the sorta thing you’re not supposed to look super deep into, but for a Sheldon obsessed geek like me, this one newspaper automatically translates to “This is an article about Shelly and Donny, maybe talking about how Sheldon went missing.”

So like what if Sheldon’s mysterious disappearance means he actually went to the Spiralhalite Islands for whatever reason.

2. The robot

In the new trailer, we get to see more of that robot. It seems like when you first find it in the game, it’s left behind all abandoned and stuff, and whenever the Deep Cut members are piloting it, they look a bit cramped inside of there, at least for me.

Almost like as if this robot was intended to be piloted by somebody much smaller. Somebody like Sheldon…

3. The game’s emphasis on weapon customization

One of Raider’s huge new gimmicks is being able to tinker around with weapons and equip them with different stats and buffs. It would make sense for Sheldon, the Splatoon character famous for his love of weapons to be in this game, from a thematic standpoint, especially with how Sheldon also creates his own weapons.

I know I sound insane theorizing about this stuff, but if I find at least one hint implying that Sheldon’s gonna be in something, you know I’m gonna go all out with the theories

GHOLDENGO IS IN POKOPIA

Reworked my Splatoon 4 Sheldon design again.

Context for how I think Sheldon would work in Splatoon 4:

So basically in the game’s main hub world Ammo Knights is either being run by the twins or by a completely new character, as Sheldon has kinda stepped down. But now he’s in another spot in the city where he gives you access to one of the game’s big new gimmicks: decorating your weapons and ink tank, hence why my design for him has more of an artsy feel with a few paint splatters
