I have been meaning to write a post addressing this issue concerning the concepts of “gender fluidity” “gender queer” “third gender” etc. For the longest time we had the “LGBT” community and over the past few years all these new categories have come to rise. I believe this is kind of unnecessary. All these additional categories stem from the same idea: people don’t feel 100% women or they do not feel 100% male. NEWS FLASH: NO ONE IS.  We all have various levels of masculine/feminine energies and various levels of estrogen/testosterone – it’s all a gradient for EVERYONE. For example, I am a female, however I handle my emotions more through a male perspective than a female perspective for the most part. A guy may be more flamboyant than other males, etc, etc. We honestly have taken all these labels too far. People spend more time trying to define themselves under a box than taking the time to actually BE themselves. Honestly, there are people struggling to find their next meal.. and in our first world problems we have people ruminating over whether they are “androgynous” or “queer” or this or that .. we are all a relative mixture really. I think the LGBT movement has gone too far and has become exasperated with the addition of all these new [boxes] people have created.
