Intrasonicalities

The present moment is a beautiful place to live and experience. One way I step into the present moment is by making myself more aware of it. I begin to notice what I am currently seeing, where I’m currently sitting or standing, I take deep breaths, I enter a space of gratitude, I notice the people around me and appreciate them for who they are, I self-assess and ask questions, and I reflect on my journey and bring it back to the present moment to see just how far we have come as a collective.

Having a growth mindset is important. The seeds you are planting now will be ready for you to harvest later. If you have a dream or goal you want to accomplish start building towards it now. The future version of yourself will thank you for putting in the work when you reach that dream or goal. Cultivating growth in your life starts with small actions that compound over time. Today is the day to start cultivating. When you are able to see the results of your growth, you will be satisfied and want to continue to go even further.

I have Love and peace flowing abundantly in my life and I desire the same for you. All you have to do is open your heart to receiving the love you deserve and your mind to the peace you want. The key is to do the work now so you can embody Love and peace later. You may already have these things in your life in one way or another, and you may just want their presence to become stronger or to take on a new form. This is totally fine. There is nothing wrong with wanting more for yourself or something new in your life. The way to get there is through consistency. The inner work you do will compound over time and give you the results you want. Examples of this inner work would be box-breathing exercises, meditation, or journaling. These are great for starters! I have practiced meditation for nearly ten years and can see my own evolution.
