A few months ago, I started playing Luigi's mansion 3 and admittedly started getting a soft spot for the mostly blue collar workers of the Last Resort to the Trust Fund Caspers of the Manor. In anticipation for the upcoming Super Mario Galaxy Movie (And silently praying for a nod for a potential Luigi's Mansion Movie) I drew these three ghostly goobers!

Finally...after all this time, Chapter 3 is finished. Genuinely, I am so sorry that it took me so long to finish this, but life just kept on delivering blow after blow these past 4 years to the point where I actually contemplating actually ending the story all together. But despite everything I didn't stop making progress no matter how small or big it was. At least I managed to get it out before Balanversary ended!

❄️💙The Frozen Heart💙❄️

❄️ The Frozen Heart is a group of children hailing from all four corners of the Dark Cacao kingdom, all of whom have banded together to bring in a new era after suffering under Dark Cacao’s reign. While they hold a strong dislike for the king, they spend their days traveling to the many villages to bring them supplies from outside the kingdom to assist those stricken by sickness, famine, and danger while also bringing supplies back to their base to strengthen their forces and bring supplies to a hidden place known as “The Frosted Peaks”. They disappear as quickly as they arrive leaving a cloud of smoke to signal their arrival and departure.

It's said that they worship a mysterious figure known as Lady Cocoa Coffee, the true leader of the Frosted Peaks. It's been rumored that their main goal is to have her become the new empress of the Dark Cacao Kingdom by any means necessary.

Usually, they mark the territories they're in by carving hearts encased in a Snowflakes into trees. If you see it then they already see you.

Frosted Choco Cookie/Snow Lioness - Leader/Captain:

The fierce and determined leader of the Frozen Heart, Frosted Choco once dreamt of following her father’s footsteps and becoming a watcher who protected the kingdom, her dreams were crushed when she was assigned to serve as a Snow Plower instead because of her father’s influence. Heartbroken, Frosted Choco sought to carve out her own path in life which resulted in her forming the Frozen Heart, a group of cookies who wish to change their own future and the future of their kingdom.

Despite her shaky history, Frosted Choco believes in giving everyone a fair chance to prove themselves and helping others develop their skills. To some members, she’s viewed as an older sister who will fight alongside them and help them out whenever she can, to a select few they think she’s completely insane for daring to face off against the Heartless King but stand behind her for the thrill of being part of The Heart.

Milkshake Cookie - Second-in-command:

Hailing from the humble Milk Village, Milkshake was excited to finally serve the Dark Cacao kingdom as a young snow plower, but he was thrown for a loop upon hearing The Legend of The Heartless King from his disgruntled colleague and found his new calling as the Frozen Heart's Second-in-command and has since vowed to fight alongside them in their united efforts to take down the Heartless King and instill Lady Cocoa Coffee as Empress.

Loyal to a fault, Milkshake follows Frosted Choco’s lead with no questions asked! The problem is that he usually believes everything she says without question no matter how outlandish some of the things she claims are.

Choco Milk Cookie - Chief animal tamer/wrangler:

Hopping straight from the Milk Village, Choco Milk is the daughter of two of the village’s Lactose Goat ranchers and has an immense knowledge of animals to prove it! Being the Frozen Heart’s Lead animal wrangler she is tasked with the care and wellbeing of most of the mounts in the Frozen Heart, leading and teaching a group of trainees the ways of taming and training the kingdom’s many animals. From the biggest of Wooly Oxen down to the smallest Oreo Shrew, any creature that can help the Frozen Heart can gladly join!

While a bit naive when it comes to Frosted Choco’s motives, Choco Milk is still a bold member of the Frozen Heart and will gladly lead her troops, both animal and cookie, through the snow and sleet to help cookies and animals in need and fight back against the Heartless King's forces! One way she seeks to help is through disrupting the monthly Cream Wolf hunting done by warriors in training.

Pecan Brownie Cookie - Blacksmith/Tinkerer:

By far one of the youngest members of the Frozen Heart, Pecan Brownie seeks to help protect his village’s resources from falling into the Heartless King’s claws. On the outside, this jolly cookie might look a bit dimwitted, but in reality he’s one of the most brilliant cookies to serve in the revolution! He’s built several small airships, sleds, swords, shields and trains out of scrap metal he’s scavenged from outside and in the Dark Cacao Kingdom. While he may have trouble staying focused on the task at hand, Pecan Brownie will always give it his all to help his friends and family stay safe from the Heartless King’s ire.

Recently, with the introduction of the Heart’s newest General, Pecan Brownie has found himself at odds with her after she found out that his father serves in the citadel. She has delighted in making threats against him, his father and his family. Poor kid can’t catch a break from this tormentor…

Spike Choco Cookie - Lead Archer/Arrowsmith:

Marching all the way from the ancient Caramel Village and a descendant of a long line of warriors, Spike Choco has set out to earn the approval of her strict mother by fighting by deposing The Heartless King. A fiery archer to the core, Spike Choco has helped tens off against the King’s warriors with their constant attempts to undermine her cause! The moment one of the watchers try to cross into the villages she’s protecting, they’re met with a barrage of arrows each of which was crafted with the carved shells of cacao pods.

With the Frozen Heart’s influence quickly spreading across the kingdom, Spike Choco now has to train new recruits to fight off against any approaching threats to the insurrection. Ask any of her students and they’ll tell you of the horrors that are Spike Choco’s temper, her family’s teachings are naturally very militant which she channels into her own teachings. If she catches even the slightest slip up, she won’t hesitate to berate you for it as a form of discipline.

Choco Coin Cookie - Accountant/Treasurer/Investor/Adviser:

Both the oldest and most financially well-off member of the Frozen Heart, Choco Coin prides herself in being one of the pillars of the Heart and providing guidance for the members who wish to provide for their families through the heart. Because besides being at constant war with the citadel, the heart also provides employment and food donations for members from struggling villages, Choco Coin is in-charge of the former. Jobs like Cake Hound sled delivery, mountain carving, and foraging for medicinal herbs are some of the jobs Choco Coin has been able to provide; everyone wins here!

Being the oldest of thirteen sisters, she’s learned how to manage large groups of cookies into staying in line. Being the daughter of the newly appointed royal treasurer, she’s been taught financial literacy and how to grow her own wealth. Both skills have shown to be highly beneficial for the ambitious noble girl of the Frozen Heart! And with her foresight and greed, if or when the Frozen Heart falls, Choco Coin and her employees who chose to side with her will make a clean getaway and avoid any punishment by the king.

Gauze Cookie - Apothecary/Field Medic

Coming from the Cotton Village, the cynical nurse of the Frozen Heart can be best described as…unnerving. Having a fascination with the macabre led Gauze Cookie to study cookie anatomy, which led to her learning basic medicine, aaaaand then joining the Frozen Heart mostly because of the fact that they were in dire need of a healer and because joining them meant easier access to modern medical equipment. Another perk was getting her own med bay to store her collection of medical anomalies in jars…don't ask where she got those from…or what exactly is in them.

Ever since she joined, the Frozen Heart has doubled in safety measures while at work, not because of self preservation but because they're terrified of their newest apothecary. It's no secret that Gauze can be a bit too passionate with her job to the point where the grown ups that work with them are starting to get genuinely concerned for the safety of the other members, but despite all of this she truly believes the Heart's cause and is dedicated to providing care to all her patients.

Upland Cotton Cookie - Seamstress/Upholster

The fluffy Seamstress of the Cotton Village might not be an official member, but her work is always on high demand there! Upland has provided the Heart with their unique uniforms not long after its foundation, sewing clothing for both the members and extras for anyone who needs warm clothes for the harsh wintry kingdom. Her uniforms however are tailored specifically for combat and stealth to hide in the snow, underneath they wear more colorful clothing to signify their opposition to the crown.

Diligent to the core, Upland will spend days without rest to fulfill the demands of her clients. While her beliefs might not align with hers, she wholly supports their efforts to help their suffering kingdom and thus she acted as defacto informant for the Frozen Heart to keep them up to date with the happenings of the Cotton Village and all the cotton deliveries to the citadel, in return the Frozen Heart has made her an ally and now send her and her family both food and medicine along with protection when they travel outside the village.

Blackout - Therapist/Mascot/Resident Good Boi

The one, The only, The dumbest.

Blackout, the sole Cream Wolf of the Frozen Heart, treats his fellow Frozen Heart members like their his family ever since being rescued from poachers when he was a young puppy! While still a pup, this fat wolf won't hesitate to jump into action when his two-legged packmates are in danger…which often leads him to trouble due to not being trained to fight, but damn it if he doesn't give it his all!

After a long day of fighting against the Heartless King's forces, Blackout eagerly greets everyone back at their base with free pets and therapeutic belly rubs on him.

Blackout's basically just a cake hound piloting a Black Cream Wolf Mech.

Recently, in the Woolhaven trailers it's revealed, that the God of Winter, Yngya, is still alive albeit in a physically atrophied state from what we've seen so far, but it was also revealed that another deity known as The Icegore is also alive.

This is interesting to see because it's heavily stated that the Bishops Of The Old Faith killed most of the other Gods in the pantheon to ensure that only the five of them would remain. The ones that they didn't kill were said to have gone into hidding or straight up left on by their own volition or possibly in exile. But with The Icegore they've pretty much been confirmed to have been dead way back since the start of the game seeing as their leg and eye have been turned into relics by Chemach, who makes them from fallen gods.

Listen, every time I see this NPC I can't help but think that they definitely seen some absolute horrors while on duty.
