jk rowling has done 2 things: she's funding a women's shelter. and she says she doesn't think minors should have cosmetic surgery to their genitals because it hurts them and they are being lied to. surgeons ARE lying to queer people to get them to buy surgery. this is a CAPITALIST issue, AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FUCKING HARRY POTTER.

it just goes to show how weak the argument is when trans rights activists say that you can't even TALK to terfs, that you should just punch them and attack them, that you can't even REBLOG GAY WOLFSTAR FANART FROM 2008, or else you are a THREAT to the trans movement. if the trans movement is threatened, so much, by dorcas meadowes and marlene mckinnon, then it is simply not strong enough to survive. I'm sorry. but stonewall was out here happening when it was ILLEGAL for men to do drag. I think it can handle a popular childrens' book series, with multiple crossdressing scenes in it, being SPOKEN about on tumblr.com. It actually kind of disgusts and confuses me that this is the new "praxis," it is very suspicious and scary IMO
