bruno oversees everything, but he isn't IN CHARGE per se. diavolo is in a holed up and guarded building. he handles trade agreements and most contact with the outside world via doppio.

ciocollata is working on finding a cure, with secco being patient zero. so far all they've managed is an injection to make them less aggressive, but their cognitive function is still impaired. secco is allowed supervised outside time(leashed).

pesci and prosciutto fish. thats where most of their food comes from. because they're seaside, they can also get sea salt. they occasionally trade with nearby settlements for different meats and small animals like chickens and rabbits.

ghiaccio, melone, and illuso are partners in scavenging. they don't go with narancia and mista because ghiaccio can't control his temper around the two.

the compound itself has an 'inner wall' made up of stacked shipping crates. there are a few inside that are being used as buildings. The warehouse is where most everyone sleeps, eats, and gathers in their free time. cioccolata gets one of the smaller nearby buildings because he's researching a cure(and they need a place to store secco). fugo is an outlier and should not be counted. the outer wall is a gate and barbed wire.

there are three layers of walls. the first layer is the chain link fence topped with barbed wire, like some prisons do. The second layer is made up of mostly scrap wood and is meant to keep things at bay long enough for them to get crossbows and guns ready. the third wall is made up of shipping containers that specifically remain empty since it's a safety hazard to be inside the wall outside of general emergency necessity.
