Also sometimes an adhd person can repeatedly think about reignighting contact- only for the process of thought to end as just that. A thought. Because the adhd person is trying to juggle laundry and dishes and food and cleaning the bathroom and making sure they pay the bills or making sure they call the doctor to get an appointment made takes precidence. That the call doctor which takes more patience and energy from you to do, so you have to leave communications to friends to the wayside because doctor is important but also very confuaing and boring to do even to a neurotypical person.
