Why do I need professional looking head shots?

This is a questions I am asked often and my answer is always the same.  A bit of a cliche, but appropriate: "because you never get a second chance at a first impression"

I told you it was a cliche.  Surprisingly most who use their image for marketing or to put in front of a casting director use cheap, amateurish and unprofessional images.  Take actors for instance.  Their head shots is about one thing, their face This means your face is literally your product.  If you're a realtor it's about selling "you" and instilling confidence in your client that they should choose you and all of this non-verbal communication is done with a photograph.  

A "selfie" is not the right choice.  Neither is your "buddy" is a photographer so he/she will do it for free.  You would be wise to not go cheap on the one thing that could potentially earn you big money, but sadly so many do!

How affordable are head shots?

In one word, very!  I charge $99.00 for the 1 hour session.  If you book 5-10 (same day shoot) people the price drops to $75.00 per person.  For 10 or more (same day shoot) the cost is only $65.00 per person.
