Hic sunt dracones! is a saying which could be applied to the Hell as a whole. But in case of Messenger territories, its real meaning takes shape. Its notorious little noisy critters which carry messages to all parts of Hell are the closest to the fearsome creatures you often hear about in legends and heroic stories. (...) And nesting on one of the towers, the head of the department, the one who gets a glimpse at each letter sent in Hell - the Administrator.
