This is a totally random rice bowl I made. I sautéed onion, jalapeño, corn, black beans, peas, and spinach all together with a little teriyaki sauce and pepper, and underneath that pile of veggies is 1 sliced & sautéed plantain. I drizzled sriracha on top and added diced avocado after the picture. 😊
