Channels to Watch to Relax!
🦋🐝🌿
Things have been really rough lately. It's hard to remain calm at a time when theres lots of anxiety, and sometimes staying isolated for long periods of time can do a number on our mental health. But for our health and the health of our community, social isolation and quarantine is important. Here's a list of channels and vids I love to watch when I'm busy working or need to keep calm/think about something else. I hope these help you or your friends!
