Their outfit is a lot more relaxed and open, and tbh I really like it. Go my king, risk your limbs for the sake of being cool while you treat patients!

Yes, they're based on (my personal favorite) anomaly, one I aptly call the "Kerfur face" anomaly (Technically it's a staring face anomaly. Big wide open mouth and soulless eyes that look on.)
