I think the keyword that will get you the best results for the jacket is "duster." I'm finding several on Amazon (even if you don't shop there it's a quick way to see what's available) that reach to the model's ankles, and without knowing the model's height, that should reach mid calf on you. "Maxi cardigan" is another term I'm seeing coming up a lot.
For the fluffy parts, buy faux fur trim. They sell basically just long strips of faux fur that are ready to be sewn onto a garment, and that would save you a LOT of grief in trying to cut the fur yourself. It's unlikely you'll find one that fits that already has fur to your liking, as you've already found several you don't like, so I would just add the fur myself. If you feel confident enough to sew, this is super simple either hand sewing or on a machine: just put the fur on, flipped up so the fur is facing the outer fabric, and stitch it on in a straight line. Flip it down so it reaches the hem of the garment. If you want a nicely finished look you can tuck it under and sew it so it's basically a tube of fur on top of the duster, but you can honestly just leave it loose or even just stitch it as it is. Use a slicker brush (like for pets) to remove the fur from the stitches and fluff it up a bit. Adding a bit of trim is one of the easier sewing tasks and a great way to learn the basics, even if faux fur is a pain and a half to deal with sometimes (buying the premade trim will help a LOT with that).
If you aren't feeling brave enough to sew it........just hot glue it. It won't last long, but it works.
For the weird hair clips: see if your local library has a makerspace. Usually they can print things for you for cost of materials and a library card (aka free on that one). If not, there are online services that can print and send it to you for a fee.
If you don't want to 3D print, there's a few options. I would use a core of foil and use a thin layer of clay over that. Using foil in the middle will save you materials and weight. the thin layer of clay can then be sanded and painted for a smooth finish.

You can then glue (or sew!) your teardrop shapes to some clips to attach to your wig/hair/whatever. you can do the same but with a bar pin blank for the one on the coat.
