Hi there! I’m not sure what to say, but I guess making an intro is the right place to start. I kind of stumbled onto this platform after remembering a friend suggested it to me as a way to connect with people who share similar interests.

My main fandom: Robin hood Misschief in sherwood

I like to write, and I draw sometimes, though I’m better at the former. I mostly draw to visualize my fanfics, but I’m not very good at it, so I’ve kind of given up on it; it never quite matches my vision because I rush too much.

When it comes to writing, I tend to do it more for others than for myself. I don't have a personal AU of my own, but I enjoy writing about ideas I have and topics I know well. I have some canon-compliant fics planned to post on AO3 soon, but it’s kind of lonely writing all on my own.

To be honest, the internet is a bit scary. On one hand, I don’t love being the center of attention, but on the other, I thrive on feedback and seeing how much joy I can bring to others through my work. I’m still worried that I might come off as annoying, though.

Do people usually share their art online?

I know barley anything about it so I’d appreciate the opinion on many people. I have some dnd ocs i don’t wanna leave behind (2 that aren’t active anymore and 1 thats waiting for our DM to get read) and im considering joining art fight next year depending on the ideas i get this year of how the even functions etc.

For those who don’t remember this was my wring plan:

I marked how far I’ve gotten so far and well I went a bit of rail and I actually wanna make it longer. While it will be just a somewhat John x Robin coded one shot. The motivation is slow though at the moment, maybe I’ll make some more but rn I don’t really have ideas.

Robin hood mischief in Sherwood: Mary of Loxley

"Sometimes, being small one makes it easier to hide,but it also makes it harder to be recognized."

Basic information about her:

Age: shes about Isabell and Solvig's age in the show

Who she is: The youngest sibling of Robin

Struggles: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)

What this means for her: it affects the body's connective tissues (the glue basically that holds the body together). For her, this often results in hyperflexible joints that dislocate easily, fragile skin that bruises or tears effortlessly, and chronic pain or fatigue. Simple tasks can be exhausting or even dangerous for her, making her quite vulnerable. Meaning nearly all of her family is constantly around her and will make sure she's never badly hurt.

Family Dynamics:

The Mother: Mary’s mother passed away during childbirth. This tragedy looms over Mary’s entire existence, as her father, William (An Asshole), holds her responsible for the loss.

The Reason everyones live is shity alias the father (William): He‘s a creep, did horrible things, got a child with a minor (will explain in Guy‘s intro) Grooms his own son Robin, sees Mary as the reason his SICK wife died, is a sexist

The Brother (Robin): The golden child of the family (according to William). Because he tried to mold Robin into a perfect successor, Robin shouldered the weight of their father’s expectations. However, he acted as a shield for Mary, absorbing their father's blame and resentment so that she wouldn't have to face it.

The Sisters: Two older twin sisters that are the oldest (I will intro them later if i have their art done..).

Some other things

Mary grew up in the shadow of a house built on grief. While William looks at her and sees the death of his wife, Robin looks at her and sees the only thing worth protecting. She is a fragile child growing up in an environment where her physical condition is only matched by the instability of her family life. Marilda took specific care of her and was horrified as William did not send them with her scarlet and robin to Nottingham at first. Mary later went to Nottingham but an accident happened and she got lost. Robin who found her in a cave all alone….bad parenting on Williams part Matilda would have killed him if he weren't gone. Mary moves into the tree house with Robin because she doesn't trust the castle and is too shy to get to know the people there.
