I've been seeing quite a few people being rude about others choices on some of the polls and I would just like to say...

Between Tenna filling the narrative function of a sacrificial lion, and my own interpretation of this particular archetype, I just felt like he got this card. I do plan on doing at least all of the major arcana, but I probably won't finish all of them until the last chapter is released. I currently have a few more card ideas ready to go, but I would consider suggestions for who I should do for each card.

Well I didn't expect to get derailed from this so soon, but I got into a writing mood. One day I might decide to share some bits of writing on this blog. As for today's theme...

I decided to go with stippling this time around since it's a technique that I've used in past projects of mine to great effect. Though I have no idea why I thought I could possibly get this done in an hour, but I had a vision.

This is about an hour of work....

Hmmm... I think I might have gotten Asteroids and Meteors mixed up... Oh well.

This ended up being a very "trust the process" kind of drawing, and I was thinking this was going to be my first abject failure of this whole endeavor. But I think I managed to get the general point across. One hour is not a lot of time to make a darker scene without completely abusing my pens though, so I'll try to avoid doing them too often.

Oh... Oh no...

Now one of my least favorite things to draw are people. whether that be hands, faces, poses... I just don't like doing it. But rules are rules, so I guess I'm doing a self portrait today.

So... Dr. Seuss. A bit different from my usual style, but I'll try to blend them as best I can.

The idea is that each day I set a timer for an hour and draw something based on the page prompt. It's not supposed to be the most refined image, but will force me to branch out in drawing things I'd never think to draw before.

The first pages theme is angel's wings. A somewhat lucky pull for me since I used to sketch birds a lot. I decided to do this one by memory because of that.

Base sketch looks fine, though I didn't get the feathers even between the two wings... Not enough time to fix it though. Time to ink.
