So sleepy.
Grabbed black coffee from home... left it in my car. Doh.

Rules:
1- drink a gallon of water
2- pick a diet and stick with it. No cheats, no alcohol. Gonna do Whole Foods.
3- read ten pages of ninfiction a day
4- exercise twice. 45 minutes each. One can be outside. Walking counts. (Yay dog walks!)
5- take a daily selfie
Breakfast:
2 eggs + 1 banana for egg banana pancakes. No tipping. No cinnamon. Not terrible.
1 fried egg
Coffee with two heaping spoonfuls of Blue Lotus Masala Chai (just spices & tea)
