They've been messed up like your untidy room: scattered unlaundered clothes, disorganized unread books, crumpled unsent letters and blunt blades you use to cut yourself. You confine yourself in a tenebrous cell that you forget to actually live. You let the darkness consume you that you don't know what light looks like, how it warmths your skin. You spend each passing day breaking yourself into smaller parts of the broken ones. Until you are nothing. And that is where you know how to be strong, because you finally understand weakness and fear. Your understanding of it ables you to decipher pain. Pain brings you back because you know how to accept it. Eventually you become strong... and soft at the same time.
