Arm and leg EMGs - I hate them, I'm tough, but they are painful.

Then I get to see the Neurologist, with whom I'm displeased, but, such is life.

I've had a summer full of appointments, 3 new doctors, new physical therapy, steroid injection in my shoulder that was very helpful. Occipital Nerve Blocks that didn't work, then the %$#*¿![ pm Dr suggested I journal and search online for triggers and management of my headaches and migraines. WOW. I did that before I ever scheduled with that bozo! Imagine if I'd gone in, listened to his treatment plan and said, well my internet search says this, so that's what I prefer. He likely would've had a fit about his education and degree outranking an internet search. Blows my mind! 4 MRIs. Multiple xrays. Lots of fun discoveries. But at least I've done better at maintaining a more positive attitude. Thank goodness for my therapist! That poor dude. He's a saint!
