For India, the tender becomes meaningful only when compliant suppliers bid and tonnes are awarded. The original tender still needs primary verification.

THDC’s Maharashtra agreement covers a 1,000 MW pumped-storage project. The environmental proposal is now 1,500 MW, while the MoU amendment remains in process.

That larger design means 1,650 MW of pumping demand, 49.50 ha of forest land and 40.77 lakh cubic metres of muck to dispose. Projects can evolve, but their approvals must describe the same reality before construction commitments make the mismatch expensive.

India’s deduplicated LPG line-up fell 42.3% from late June to 530,789 tonnes across 26 vessel rows. Yet 277,181 tonnes—52.2% of the current schedule—is waiting or at anchorage. A smaller line-up therefore does not automatically mean shortage.

Watch status transitions, actual discharge, terminal throughput and inventories. A line-up is a forward logistics indicator, not completed import volume.

The next workbook should trace each vessel’s status so completed discharge is not confused with fewer nominations or persistent congestion.

CTUIL says the TSA's pre-required elements are missing and interim charging was not early commissioning. OCC sent the dispute to WRPC without approving COD. The decision must separate physical usefulness from legal entitlement. The wider 7 GW scheme is expected to complete progressively by October 2027.
