I have an opinion on the Emeritus brothers being the 4 horsemen. I'm sure that's nothing new. I think Copia is death.

There's some debate I'm sure but besides the white horse image in Rats you've got Ghost Image where he's basically saying he's death trailing after the woman who thinks she's bested him.

There's the plague bringer aspect too. But I also think his story in Rite Here Rite Now speaks to a Death who no longer wants to be the one doing the reaping. He's balking at leaving this role of a showman for something else. He's also denying himself the fact that his mother is dying. He's asking who is calling the shots on all of this and why do they have to follow the rules?

There's something tragic about Death if you've ever seen Death Takes a Holiday....and this makes me really want to write a story based around this which I need to clone myself to do.
