I'm still heavily padded as things as just not working down their good job I like been padded.

Sorry haven’t blogged in while still here life has been little bit crazy still padded still having issues time of work now to relax and reenergised myself

Last day of half term for me so back to work Monday pushed myself for a long walk absolutely beautiful but bang bladder decided to need to go unfortunately wasn’t near home so 💧 💧 then gush soggy butt all way home

Been a tough few weeks the incontience is definitely worsening but this year I’ve learned to 1 love my body 2 love what I wear to protect myself 3 feel good 😊

Another year on I’m still in the same position as last year althroufh the surgery made things worse more pain more incontience but I’ve learned to live life it ain’t stopping me. So basically pad up/ diaper in the bad days and get on ❤️
