A boy in a tub who doesn't get up despite being fully clothed, presumably placed there by someone else. He should sober out of that sadness. Something has ended, it's painful, but at least you are not a miner!
The Uranium Miner's clothes are tainted with a dangerous mixture certain to affect the health within. A man of a worker's physique in a dangerous job, his means of earning a living taints him in every possible way.
It turns out: Haymitch is more of a miner than himself.
