hello! this time i am posting an artwork i made a while ago as fan art for an ao3 fic! I took major inspiration from the artworks linked in the fic so I'll credit them for inspiration :] i put off sharing this because i could no longer find one of the artists that i used for my reference but here it is anyway i watched sooo many tutorials to get the colors just right but i sort of gave up and that is why you can see a lot of my sketch lines haha i think the hair was my favorite to do. i loved the curls Gyaarts gave Collei and I wanted to have something similar in my illustration! I also really liked Endiewendie's use of line art, I tired to do lineart like that for Freminet's hair but I was not as successful because I can not do lineart super well :[ I ADORED the colors Fremice used in their illustration and so I tried to replicate it a bit! I am not as good with backgrounds so there is always more room for improvement I'll make an ao3 account to share this with the author soon! I did not draw Collei's scarf thingy because the drawing already tired me out and the hands look stiff as I traced over bases... Overall I think I did a good job :] I am a bit shy of posting my art I watched some Marco Bucci tutorials for the colors and rendering. i used ibispaint for this so it was a bit hard finding brushes similar to his, they are very different from the default watercolor brushes i am used to Fic:

Current obsession: Dwelling on what could have been, I’m afraid. Along with things that are too long term to be considered “current”, like The Terror (2018), Disco Elysium, Estonian choir music, and being a little shit about language.

Currently working on: Easter egg hunt for my family (this makes me sound like a parent; I’m actually childless and bothering some pensioners I’m related to by making them run around their house solving unnecessarily convoluted puzzles. It’s brilliant.)

Currently working on: Lore document for a modded Minecraft SMP. It's not really important but I feel like I gotta. Also finding a new job.

Currently watching: Paranoia Agent - our first rewatch, in English so it's easier to follow while working. MUCH easier to digest a second time around (you understand immediately what's going on)

Currently reading: Homestuck Act 6. Getting to the really good parts, according to a lot of our friends

Current obsession: Deltarune - Chapter 5 is coming faster than we realized, so we're working pretty much all of our gaming time toward completing the three save files so they're ready when it drops. Dess just finished up her chapter 3 file last night (𐂂 I BEAT THE KNI9HT FIRST TRY! DIDN'T N0 HIT TH0U9H... S0 THAT'S S0METHIN9 T0 PRACTICE LATER)

Currently working on: A System Plays the Forceplural Game - documenting our three playthroughs, what we do differently, and giving our thoughts and analysis along the way. Gonna wait until we've completed up through chapter 4 before continuing, since it can update any time, but we need to play chapter 5 day one.

Last Google search: It was on DuckDuckGo, but "soggfy not working" (trying to troubleshoot it, since a spotify update means its no longer maintained)
