YES!!! People need to stop hating him for every little thing he does! Once again, yes, not everything he does is right and having PTSD doesn't quote unquote "excuse it" but you have to understand WHERE he's coming from! I relate to Paper so much coming from someone who has DID and has PTSD from a multitude things. It's just disgusting looking at how people act towards him! Like you can dislike Paper for something but if it has anything to do with his PTSD or DID or something like that then THAT pisses me off. Paper is a complex character but the second it's said they all ignore it and water him down to some twink who has no reason or logic behind his actions! Nothing he's done has just materialized, SOMETHING led up to it. Paper screaming because of Taco? That's reasonable! Is it completely right? No! But after what she did it's understandable! Paper screaming because of Poppy and saying they were Cobs? Once again a REASONABLE REACTION. If you saw someone who looked just like someone who hurt those very close to you including friends and your BOYFRIEND THEN YES YOU'RE GOING TO BE SCARED. Is it right to judge someone based on their looks??? NO! But he has REASONS! People also don't understand that things happen off screen that we don't always see. When Paper talked about MePad being really sweet and wishing he was like him he wasn't being selfish and taking the moment or being annoying, he was EXPRESSING HIS FEELINGS BECAUSE POPPY ASKED WHAT MEPAD WAS LIKE. We don't see him having screentime with MePad but that doesn't mean it just happened out of NOWHERE. But yeah people just need to stop hating on Paper without having a reason or it being a really stupid one at that tying to emotional expression or trauma.
