but i think she could definitely lead the outsiders but i dont think he could ever lead the birds of prey.

also her Robins depend on if we want to replace them w batgirls or not. i think charlotte gage-radcliffe batgirl could TOTALLY be tim drake robin (because of their stalker tendencies and affinity to break into people's workplaces/homes). obviously stephanie brown batgirl stays as herself, or could replace jason todd robin (both had criminal dads, died young, bruce had similar reactions to both their deaths, only being seen as a replacement for the robin before them, and their similar personality in terms of impulsivity and trademark robin humor). cassandra cain batgirl obviously would replace be damian wayne robin (both super deeply compassionate assassins who want to atone for what they've done so badly it comes off as suicidal).

but if we were going to keep bruce wayne's robins as her robins, i definitely think she could fix jason. im not a three jokers fan, but i think setting her as the Batman in that situation could end the best way for him to work towards recovery

also. her relationships with the robins in general mostly stay the same as bruce. she's partners with dick, an older sibling figure and role model to tim, a mentor to stephanie, an ally and mentor to damian, and someone who is willing to forgive jason and encourage him to do better
