The ambiance was really uncomfortable. They loose against Zoolan Rice. All theirĀ willĀ and all theirĀ effort are useless in front of Robingo. For Sakuma it was like a double loses, after the alius stone he really believes that nothing can really make a body stronger, except exercise and willpower. Now Robingo proove he was wrong and none of Endouās word can make him otherwise.
The FFI ended for them, nobody speak while the bus takes them to the hostel. Most of them are sad, but some like Samoeka or Fudou are angry. Angry for the loose and adventureās end, but also angry because more than the soccer loose, itās theirĀ principle which arenāt enough. The defeat means that Zoolan Rice is right. Once they are in the hostelĀ Endou and the coach triesĀ to say something but after five try they abandoned. Once in the hostelĀ everyone goes to their room.Ā
Sakuma is just rester here. Nothing comes to his mind anymore. Itās a nightmare. How is it even possible? A tear rolls on his cheek.Ā
-Can I come in?Ā
It was Kidou. Honestly the blue donāt want to see him, so he just doesn'tĀ say anything.Ā
-Koujirou is going to land soon. Do you want to come to the airport with me?Ā
-Why does he come?Ā
-I donāt know.Ā You can ask him if you come.Ā
Sakuma sighs and gets up. All his body hurt because of tiredness.Ā
Gendaās heart is full of joy when he sees blue hair in the airport. But when he gets closer Sakumaās attitude make him feelĀ cold. Something goes wrong. His face looks close, he doesnāt even look happy to see him after one month without seeing him.Ā
-Hello!Ā
Kidou replies to him, but Sakuma just nodded. But none of them looks really happy.Ā
-Next time I will not come to see you if itās for being welcomed like that. You are lucky that I want to see the final match otherwise I will have take the next plane for Japan.Ā
-You can go back, the final will be without us, Sakuma grumbles. Brazil wins.
The news makes Genda feels stunned. He couldnāt believe that Inazuma Japan have lost. Sakumaās mood is more understable. The three friends donāt say anything for a while. The situation was awkward, to the point that Genda is relieve when Kidou leaves. He is alone with his boyfriend, maybe it will be easier to speak.Ā
-Do you want to talk about it ? Genda asks.Ā
-Not really.Ā
-I have a gift for you. It was to celebrate your status of world champion. Now I think itās going to be aĀ consolation prize.Ā
-Donāt become a therapist. Youāre horrible at that, grumble Sakuma.Ā
-You donāt want your gift?Ā
The blue haired boy doesnāt answer but Genda smiles. His body langage says yes. So Genda takes his hand and goes to the town to find an isolated place. They find it after ten minutes.Ā Ā
The guardian takes a little box in his pocket.Ā
-You gonna ask to marry me? Sakuma jokes.Ā
-Not already.Ā
The box contains an ankle bracelet.Ā The chain is really thin with only one word. āresilience"Ā in gold letters.Ā
-Itās really kitsch, Sakuma laughs.Ā
-Sure. A lot. But it makes me think about you.Ā Ā
-I donāt know how I must take it.Ā
-For one time in your life, please, be grateful. Donāt always see the worst. You have a perfect boyfriend who gives you a gift. Just take it.Ā
Sakuma mumbles a lot and take the gift. Genda is right, he needs to stop to be so pessimistic. Maybe not been a world champion isnāt as severe as he thinks. Maybe, with more will and more effort, one day he may be the best.Ā

Iām really sorry for the late. Itās the gift for @hetaabyss, I hope you like itĀ
Sorry for the wait. School was making me really busy so here.
Hopefully this turned out great. Iām not sure what to make of this fic as I kinda made it violent especially in the context of still being an Inazuma au ( djdjdb itās kindaāve the fault of Castlevania) but I hope you still enjoy it regardless

āAh, donāt worry Iāll be quick and put this back in the equipment room.ā Tenma said as the good natured kid he was. The girl bowed and gave the cones to Tenma before turning to her friends who were waiting a little further away.
Tsurugi took a step before Tenma spoke up.
āA-ah you can wait for me outside. I got it.ā Tenma waved his hand, discouraging Tsurugi to follow him then rushed up the stairs they just got down then jogs towards the football clubās door, fumbling with the keys given by Furukabu. Tsurugi sighs before pulling out his phone and sitting down on the foot of the stairs.
It was uneventful for a few minutes. Tsurugi sighs, losing interest in his phone before looking upstairs. He leaned on his hand, staring upstairs as his new interest before quickly getting bored. Sighing, he stood up and climbed the stairs.
A crash of glass and thudding from the clubroom. Tsurugi paused for a bit before remembering Tenma still inside the building and quickly sprinted up the steps, throwing his messenger bag as it slowed him down.
āTenma!ā Tsurugi shouted as he got to the end of the steps and opened the doors of the building. The look of horror Tsurugi had as he saw the abnormally large scratches on the seats of the lobby, and the ruined doors of the changing room.
His horrific curiosity ends as he hears the sounds coming from the meeting room. The sound of something snapping as it approaches the door.
āWhat the f-ā
Doors burst before the sliding mechanism of the door would open, leaving a bent up door in its way. A creature of black night feathers came out with a screech that could almost pierce eardrums.
Tsurugi stepped back, wanting to move but afraid to do so. Itās skull head pecked the side of its breasts, as if trying to rid itself something within its feathers. Tsurugi observes closely and sees a familiar brown hair heās used to seeing.
āIgnis!ā
A scream shouted and a burst of fire set alight behind the bird. The bird screeched even louder, Tsurugi realising the scream from Tenmaās, snapped out of fear.
āTenma!ā Tsurugi shouted in fear. He looked around to find a weapon to use to attack it but there was nothing that he could use.
In pain, the creature hit its back against the wall. The flames died down as Tenma hit the wall, sliding to the ground and knocked unconscious.
The creature growled from the flame. It turns to Tsurugi and jumps off the platform on the same level as him. Approaching Tsurugi slowly in both curiosity and amusement. Tsurugi gulps as the bird-like creature sniffs at him.
The creature widens its mouth, teeth extending from gums of its mouth.
Tsurugi gave a sharp inhale of breath, closing his eyes in a mixture of discomfort and fear. Tsurugi silently prayed for his brother and his family, expecting a short life as he felt itās sharp teeth about to penetrate his shoulder before he heard a metal cutting something meaty.
Tsurugi opened his eyes to see the creature drop dead to its side. It gave a pained screech, getting lower as its life left its eyes. As the noise dies down, the body melts into a black sludge, spreading through the floor, similar to a slime.
Tsurugi falls on his butt in confusion and fear as the creature, presumably, dies. He looked towards Tenma, holding the side of his ribs. Tenma coughs up blood before dropping to his knees, feeling the pain as the force from the drop indirectly hits his ribs.
Tsurugi quickly stood up to sprint towards his injured friend. Briefly forgetting the event that just occurred.
āOwwā¦ā Tenma grabs Tsurugiās shoulders as he holds the area around his bruised torso. Tsurugi grabs Tenmaās other side to give him a grip on Tenma, much to his surprise.
āA-ah sorry you donāt have to-ā
āTenma⦠itās fineā¦ā Tsurugi cuts in. āYour bruises starting to make sense nowā¦ā
Tenma looked at Tsurugi before looking away, solemnly. āIām sorry, youāre not supposed to knowā¦ā
Tsurugi stops. āKnow what exactly? That there are monsters or the fact that you can use magic?ā
āIā¦ā Tenma tried to form words as he turned to Tsurugi before giving up and turning away again. āā¦yeahā¦ā
Tsurugi used his body to open the glass door whilst he had Tenma on his side. Tsurugi sighs. āā¦I guess I can understand why you wouldnāt tell anyone⦠it sounds so⦠strangeā¦ā
āSays the guy who can wield a 20 foot armoured guy that also has an appropriately sized sword and shield.ā Tenma returned a quick jab, which wasnāt Tenma like but couldnāt help give a snicker to.
āQuick hypocritical I mustā¦ā Tsurugi pushes the second glass door with his own body again, grunting in between his sentences. āā¦say.ā
The two sighed as they felt the breeze of the night sky. The two ended up dropping on the floor out of exhaustion from their fight and their wounds.
Tenma groans. āI need waterā¦ā
Tsurugi turned and nodded. Tsurugi stood up to get his bag, pulling out the water bottle. He hovered over Tenmaās body while Tenma tried quite hard not to be unconscious.
āHereā¦ā Tsurugi hands the bottled water to Tenma who grabs it. Tenma opens the bottle.
āAquea Sanitatem.ā Tenma spoke those words. Lifting his shirt, he poured water straight towards his injury.
Tenma closed his eyes and sucked his breath through his teeth.
āIām so in trouble with my parents.ā Tenma sits up. āPlease donāt tell Aki.ā
āIf you tell me everything then we got a deal.ā Tenma nodded. This was gonna be a long night.

For this edition of the Inazuma Writing Exchange, I got @forelsketparadise! Hope you will like it!
I picked the first prompt from their list, āa go timeline enkaze who goes to each other games to cheer on each other and plays together on the olympics teamā because I vibed with it more and so was sure itād end up better. Itās sadly very much on the shorter side, but I think itās at least a nice sweet treat. (I canāt apologise enough for the short length, I swear Iām usually better than that).
It was my first time writing both EnKaze and Kazemaru in general so I really hope I didnāt fail too badly.
Once again, big thanks to @ina11writingexchange for hosting the event and allowing the community to create things for each other.

They may not be on the same team most of the time, but it doesnāt prevent them from freeing just enough time to watch each otherās games. They do their best, as always, to accommodate for their differing schedules; so, even if it doesnāt always work out, they can at least be reassured that theyāve done their best to attend these matches. At worst, they watch each otherās games and make sure to give some feedback ā it turns out to mostly, if not always, be praise. Not objective, but whatās the point of being objective when itās an act of affection?
They donāt play in the same countries, but at least, they play on the same continent, so itās not as difficult as it could have been. In fact, one may find it convenient that, sometimes, all they need is a train ticket they have more than enough money to afford. Sometimes, itās a plane ticket, but itās the same deal, and itās become almost routine. Almost, of course, because they see so many places that they donāt have time to get bored of one place.
Endou mostly plays in France, where he enjoys a reputation of being one of the few good-natured, passionate players whoās very much not here for the high pay (if he was, Kazemaru wouldnāt be dating this man). He donates his money to keep amateur soccer clubs open, he visits some when he can, he gifts merchandise to his fans because his Raimon self still shines even to this day. He went to pursue what a man once told him, a decade ago ā that he should one day go to Europe, see where soccer was born. Heās been loving the trip, so far, even if he misses Japan sometimes. Calling back home always heals up some of the homesickness, at least.
Kazemaru, on the other hand, plays on the other side of the Alps, in Italy. Even after their middle school days were over, he pursued sports instead of athletics and, to this day, hasnāt regretted his definitive choices. Playing for a high-ranking team means he doesnāt get as much enjoyment out of team friendship anymore, but it gets counterbalanced at least in some part thanks to his regular visits to and from Endou. At least, the top level justifies the hassle and he doesnāt regret at least seeing and testing it for himself. The top stage of the soccer world allows him to run as fast as he can.
When they can attend each otherās matches, theyāll fairly easily find each other in the stadiumās audience. Endou is very loud, as heās always been, so Kazemaru always spots him without much trouble ā heās loud, standing up and wearing his bright orange headband. There is no way to miss him whenever he can come, even if he drops unannounced because what he may have been busy with got cancelled or postponed. In fact, Kazemaru may likes the surprise aspect of those impromptu visits more than he usually likes Endouās visits: they always leave a much sweeter taste because thatās when he sees the most that, no matter where they go or how much distance separates them, theyāll always be here for each other. Itās very much unlike any relationships, be it platonic or romantic, that heās ever been into.
Kazemaru has a slightly more discreet and stealthier approach to it, but Endou never misses to spot him in the audience either. He always finds a spot where he can be seen, especially compared to everyone else, bearing the colours of Endouās team around his neck. From the outside, he may just be another supporter ā which is true, since heās Endouās biggest ā but heās also much more than that. He just tends to appreciate more privacy compared to his boyfriend, thatās all.
However, being in separate teams most of the time has never meant they couldnāt play on the same side of the field, sometimes. Sure, there have been more times in European tournaments where theyāve had to oppose each other (indirectly, most of the time, but it never prevented Kazemaru from at least trying to reach the goal and attempt a shoot with someone else) than times where theyāve had the opportunity to have each otherās backs on the field, but ā and Endou believes a lot in this mindset ā thatās what makes those times so much better.
Itās rare, so itās something they enjoy as thoroughly as possible. Wearing the same emblem on their jerseys, being able to kick a ball off the goalpost directly to the other, defending together when just goalkeeping isnāt enough⦠itās all part of the experience. Theyāre the little things that make the big picture so beautiful.
This time, they got both selected to be in the starting line-up of Japanās representative soccer team for the next Olympic Games and itās both an honour and a chance for self-indulgence. Thereās nothing like cheering a teammate, after all, they both learnt that throughout their days as amateurs in a small junior high soccer team. Once again, theyāll wear the different uniforms of a same team and rise up to the top together, as allies, friends and something more.
The world is once again theirs do seize and thatās what theyāve both wanted for so long that, truly, neither of them can accurately tell for how long. All they know, and all that matters here, is what is going to happen.
I wrote two (very) short stories. The first one is a Buddyfight crossover in which Yuuichi and Yota are hospital friends, and the second is some Nosaichi fluff.

Hi hi! Before we get to the fanfic, I'd just like to say a big thank you to @ina11writingexchange for hosting this awesome writers exchange! I'm so glad to have been able to participate for this round as well as being given the opportunity to gift @hachuna yet another gift this year!
With that being said, I hope you enjoy this Hachuna! It was a lot of fun to write ((Btw this fic is also cross-posted on AO3 if anyone is interested in reading it there too! The link is in the title))
If anyone were to ask Endou Natsumi what her favorite pass time activity was, sheād automatically answer with ācooking!ā and then excitedly list off all the dishes she had made within the past week. It always amazed her friends just how passionate she was about preparing food in the kitchen.
However, she hadnāt always been a fan of cooking.
Natsumiās love for cooking had originated during her time spent managing the Raimon soccer team in her middle school years. In the beginning she had been quiet hesitant to even try making a rice ball but after she mastered the art of the rice ball, her love for cooking sparked almost instantaneously. It only took preparing a couple more meals before Natsumi was fully onboard with the idea of preparing food in general. It filled her with a sense of pride whenever she was able to witness the team enjoying the meals she, Haruna, and Aki made for them. The compliments they dished out were a great source of ego boosting as well, but she always made it point to stay humble. And even after the team graduated, leaving her with no one else to cook for, Natsumi continued to search up new recipes to try making for herself in the comfort of her own home.
Over the years her cooking had improved, albeit not as significantly as everyone had hoped for, but just enough to where she no longer mixed up the salt and sugars when she tried baking the occasional birthday cake. It was a subtle yet profound type of improvement that left Endou that much more hopeful for their future meals seeing as he had married her not too long after her cooking had started to improve.
One thing that really helped Natsumi improve in her cooking was through the aid of an old looking cook book she just so happened to borrow from Endou! Sheād seen the book several times laying in various places throughout their house but had never bothered to look through it until one day when her curiosity got the better of her and she found herself rejoicing at all the cool looking recipes inside. Oh the joy she felt while flipping through the pages was almost too good. How had she not opened the book sooner?
Following the days upon opening the cook book, Natsumi happily followed the messily written instructions provided by the cook book to prepare dishes that she could only assume had been passed down from Endouās family. She would later find out from Endou himself that the cook book she had been using was actually Endou Daisukeās hissatsu manual. The discovery came as quiet a shook to Natsumi seeing as she had been following the instructions of the book for several weeks, even going as far to serving a boy named Matsukaze Tenma some of said dishes as well. But all Endou could do was laugh at the situation they found themselves in.
āYou mean to tell me that this really isnāt the kanji for egg?ā
āIām positive, Natsumi. These are the instructions for God Hand- Wait a second! How were even able to mistake this for a cook book? I thought you knew what Daisukeās hissatsu manual looked like?ā
āItās been a while since I last saw it okay!ā
Even after the discovery of the ācook bookāsā true nature was revealed Natsumi continued to use it. Admittedly, the food Natsumi made following the hissatsu manual never inherently tasted terribly bad. So what harm was there in letting her continue to use it? As long as Endou was there to assist her with some of the misinterpreted kanji of the book, everything was fine.
Unfortunately, not all good things lasted forever. On one particular day an unforeseen disaster appeared out of nowhereā¦
Natsumi had been preparing dinner in the kitchen when it happened. She hadnāt thought anything of it at first. Ever since Endou took over as Raimonās coach, he would occasionally return home late, so why would this time be any different? As the minutes ticked by Natsumi continued to prepare dinner. While she maneuvered around the kitchen she kept herself entertained with the quiet sound of the T.V. playing in the background.
Although she usually paid no mind to what the news anchors were saying, something about that night in particular urged her to listen carefully. She had been cutting away at a bundle of carrots when a certain news report caught her attention. Although they werenāt showing video footage of the incident taking place, the news anchors reported a massive car crash near Raimon.
Upon hearing the name of the school, Natsumi put all food to the side and quickly ran to her phone, dialing up Endou to ask if he was still at the school. Knowing her husband, he would most likely be assisting whoever had been unfortunate enough to get hurt outside of their old school. But when he didnāt answer her first, second, or third call, Natsumi began to worry. The news anchors wouldnāt disclose the names of the people involved in the accident, nor would they show the faces of anyone other than the reporter on duty. They did, however, announce the arrival of special dispatched services on the scene as well as the name of the hospital the heavily injured were being taken to.
After a while Natsumiās phone began to ring, which she immediately answered. Letting out a sigh of relief, Natsumi pressed the phone to her ear, ready to hear Endouās cheerful voice. With everything appearing to be taken care of on screen, Endou was surely going to fill her in on everything that had happed. It was a good thing she had prepared so much food for the night!
āNatsumi, itās Kidou, we donāt have much time- Itās Endou⦠He got into a car crash and- You need to hurry. An ambulance is already taking him to the hospital but⦠Iāll fill you in on everything once you get here-ā
āIām on the way.ā
Within seconds Natsumi was already racing out of the house, dinner abandoned in the kitchen and T.V still playing quietly in the background. She did everything in her power to get to the hospital as fast as she could but it was too late. By the time she came rushing in through the hospital doors, Endou had been pronounced dead.
Time flashed by in a blur following Endouās death. His funeral came and went, the days following blended together a little too seamlessly and Natsumiās love for cooking diminished along with her once cheery life. Without Endou around, she no longer held the motivation to prepare any kind of meal in or out of the kitchen. Even when Haruna, Aki, and Fuyuka tried to rekindle their little cooking arties, Natsumi couldnāt bring herself to make anything. Everything she had ever made was out of her love for Endou.
As time went by, Natsumi slowly began to store her cooking utensils away. If she wasnāt going to be cooking anymore, than why bother keep them out in the open to collect dust?
She was in the middle of labeling a soon to be packed away box of kitchen ladles one day when the sound of knocking stopped her. Setting her marker to the side, Natsumi walked to the front door. Her knees nearly buckled when she gazed out the peep hole to see who was outside.
Standing just outside the door was Endou⦠But it couldnāt be him, right? He had passed away months ago. She had gone to his funeral and everything! There was no way her could possibly be standing outside. As she was thinking these thoughts an almost indescribable feeling washed over her. Suddenly she couldnāt remember attending a funeral nor could she remember why she had started packing away all her cooking supplies. It was as if she was just now waking up from some type of horrible nightmare, a nightmare had clouded over her real life for the past several months.
Whatever nightmare she been under was finally over. Any trace of sadness and despair melted away the longer she stared at Endou. Instead, the feelings were replaced with joy and relief. Although the sudden change in feelings were a little unexpected, they werenāt unwelcomed. In fact she was all the happier to embrace them!
Not wanting to keep Endou waiting any longer, Natsumi decidedly threw the door open, startling Endou as it swung to the side, and proceeded to jumping into the arms of the man in front of her.
āMamoru!ā Tears were streaming down her cheeks as she pressed herself as tightly as she could to her husband. āI canāt explain it but it feels like I havenāt seen you in forever! Where have you been all day?ā
āWoah! I missed you too! Oh man, Natsumi, you wouldnāt believe all the crazy things that happened to me ātoday.ā Iāve got so much to tell you but, uh, I think itād be best if we went inside first.ā Contradictory to his own words, Endou hugged Natsumi even closer to himself, thus rendering any attempt to head into the house useless.
For several long minutes the two stood outside their house, hugging each other, and exchanging a few words before wither one of them made any real attempts to pull away. But when they did, it was Natsumi who moved away. She waisted no time in dragging Endou inside and towards their dining room table, pulling out a chair for him to sit in and then rushing off towards their refrigerator in search of something for them to eat.
Strangely enough, the refrigerator was once again filled with an abundance of food Natsumi had almost no recollection of buying. She glanced a look to Endou, who at first made no comment, but as soon as she turned her back had heard the faintest of words from him.
āI guess time really did reset itself.ā
From that day on life returned to normal, or as normal as it could be with Natsumi knowing her ānightmareā had in fact been real but was now a part of a separate timeline of sorts. But seeing as their current timeline was restored, Natsumi decidedly let her supposed bad months drift away.
She started cooking again, only this time she followed tutorials online through YouTube and an odd app called TikTok. When Endou asked why she was following so many different cooking videos, Natsumi would claim that āthe hissatsu manual could only offer so much.ā
Despite her best efforts her cooking still left much to be desired from. But Endou never truly cared about the overall outcome of the food heād be offered.
āItās the thought counts.ā Heād tell himself whenever a dish was placed in front of him. āIf itās for Natsumi, Iād gladly eat a thousand more meals of her cooking- Iād do anything to make her happy.ā
