So, I bought this used car about two months ago, but a week ago it started making this weird grinding noise when I step on the brake. I was hoping someone could take a look for me.

Yeah, that's not a good sound. I'll take a look but it's most likely you'll need your brake pads replaced. That's pretty common with used cars, especially if they're not constantly maintained. If the brake pads do need replacing it will only take about an hour to get them switched out to new ones.
