Dusting this old thing off. At about the time I began thinking of posting again, Tumblr sends me an email telling me I've been inactive for too long and they'll seize my username if I don't get back on it. So here I am. Thanks for the poke. I deleted a bunch of stuff and unfollowed a lot because I want to start over-ish. I'll keep this post up until the next time I get on here, just as a way to say I'm kind of back. Until then...

I'm laying in my bed right now. I left work early because my stomach decided that while Aunt Flo is in town for the week, this is a good time to revolt. So cramps and tummy revolution. How awesome. So, while I'm concentrating on making myself not feel like dying in a blaze of vomit laced glory, I've decided to tell a random story. That I'm making up. Starting now. Once upon a time, there was a young princess. Or, she may not have been a princess. She certainly dressed like a princess. She spoke like a princess. And she played a princess very well. And until this very moment, everyone just sort of assumed she was a princess. That is, until my narrative made them think about it. Was her father the king? Her mother the queen? Her brother the prince? Come to think of it, even she never said she was a princess. So why did everyone think she was a princess? Because she dressed like a princess. She spoke like a princess. And she acted like a princess. One day, she was walking through an enchanted forest, as young ladies in these tales are wont to do. There, deep into the darkest parts of the forest, she wandered, and she came upon the tree she always paid time to since she was a little girl. This tree was the largest and oldest in the forest. This tree was the mother of the entire forest, every tree that made up the forest was there because this tree set root here first. The branches were great and held so close to the ground that the young lady could just casually walk up the tree as she pleased. But the young lady's favorite thing about this tree wasn't anything about the tree itself. It was the hole in the canopy of the forest above the tree. It was just big enough that she could watch clouds pass as she attempted to make out the shapes with the sculptor of her imagination. And it let in just enough light for her to sun bathe without burning, and to read and write in peace. This was her happy place, and there was nothing else in the world she wanted, no other place she wanted to be. One day, when she was leaving the forest to go to her home in the village, she was stopped by the king's men, an awful and irate bunch that cursed in front of ladies and never washed their hands after using the restroom. She walked around them, and went home. The end. Hey, I never said I was good at this.

I can't help but feel like you attempted to create a situation to incite a reaction from me. You succeeded. I feel like you did so to make me look like an asshole to my loved ones. And you used and manipulated your own to achieve that end. You are dirty.
