there are a lot of people who are just getting that A&F is really a bad company. The CEO keeps alive the idea that homosexuality has to be expressed in a showy and rude way. The company is not a safe place to be working and sometimes will even bounce your paycheck. I'm sorry to all of you who love or still work for the company but it's truly a hell hole. -A

Well, sorry (not sorry) that we have moved on with our lives. I worked for the company for over a year and a half in one of the highest volume stores and currently have close friends that are managers there. I can only answer based on my experience during that time. If you can do better, be my guest. You're lucky enough that I'm even taking time out of my day to answer these ridiculously simple questions. Don't like the blog? Go find another A&F blog that will answer your questions. Simple as that, no need to bitch and groan.-K

I've left for a long period and come back. Hours may be less when you come back but you can build yourself up again...especially if the managers are still there and you have a good relationship with them. Some people in my store only came back during summer and got great hours.-K
I'm was recently hired as an impact 3 1/2 weeks ago and since then they have not scheduled me once. Does that usually happen?
Yeah, it's normal. Make sure to call for your call-ins, pick up other people's shifts, maybe ask for more shifts and maybe drop by the store if you feel like they have just completely forgotten you lol.-K

Yes, most of the time they are there before the models even show up in order to get everything ready.-K

i think saw a coworker stealing from the stockroom a while ago. tbh it seems foolproof cuz the only visible camera is in the corner of the stockroom and the bays with all the clothing seems to completely hide ppl from view. they still get hours!

i work at the kids store and we have a new manager from the adult store and since she came over, all of the model's hours have been cut. My shifts vary from 3 hours to 3.5 hours. This is a fucking joke

I have no idea. We have Manager in Training which is the MIT program who then move to Assistant Manager. If it's the general manager then I don't see why she would go through training. However, she could either get moved up to District or to Home Office, where they will receive training for their new role.-K
I went to an interview about 3 months ago, and they said if you are unsuccessful reapply in 3 months, but as I was filling out the application I but I was under 16, which I'm not so I filled out another one straight after using a different email, are both kept in the system?
Probably. The one that's under 16 is just not going to be considered. If anything, you could always call the store and explain.-K
