My wife spanked me when we were dating and that showed me how much she cared about me. I knew I deserved to be spanked because I was showing up late for dates and that was being disrespectful. Now that we are married, she still spanks me. But I trust her judgement and she gives me what I need, even if I don't like it.
Both of us are Christians so we do share the same beliefs and values that do include accountability, justice, and doing the right thing. After my spanking, I thank her for spanking me because I feel that's the right thing to do. I was spanked by my mom when I was growing up so I accept my wife spanking me now. My wife and I do feel our marriage was meant to be.
