Mini-blurbs are basically a way to keep track of various people/headcanons as they crop up in 'Lines in The Sand' / the greater AU 'verse.

Notable Pokemon
Meowth- Pet. Not really a battler, but it can fight if needed. Knows Mimic.
Mimikyu- A pokemon that picked her. Both a Battler and fully capable Contest pokemon. All offers of trading or breeding it have been turned down- sometimes with violence.
Arbok- Blooded Battler. Jessie's second pokemon and if she's honest with herself, her fav. Has been breed at least twice.
Seviper- Blooded. Stolen. Thought to be a crossbred, though with what no-one's quite sure, as it appears to at least have traits from arbok and the axew line.
Blissey(’Lucky’)- Stolen as a chansey from a Pokemon Centre when Jessie was attempting to secure employment in the field. A tank of a Battler and her second favourite pokemon.

Notable facts.
Pokemon Yellow mixed some anime.
Hair is naturally crimson. She's very proud of it and styles it like the anime for work. Otherwise keeps it in a single plait.
Her mother is/was a high ranking officer who worked directly under Madame Boss.
Like James, she can be serious, if not blasé about what she does for a living: which is work for a criminal syndicate.
She can and will troll people re: Meowth's Mimic re: what people say, passing it off as a 'Meowth that can talk'. Has made more than a bit of money of the con.
In her off time, she takes part in pokemon Contests, typically under Musalin or Musa-pyon.
As nice as she is towards her pokemon, they are still tools and she doesn't bother giving them any nicknames.

Growlie- Pet growlithe and a gift from his grandmother. Loyal. Can and will fuck shit up if she must. Has a natural Everstone set into her collar.
Weezing (Shion)- Blooded Battler. It's purple and cute. Was technically his first pokemon caught.
Victreebel- Blooded Battler. It tries to 'eat' him as a sign of affection, and has eaten humans on occasion.
Gyarados- One of the frilly, ornamental kind bred more for contests or display than true battling. Can and will fuck your shit up.

Hair is dyed lavender rinse - it's his fav colour.
Rarely going by his birthname, he tends to be serious when in uniform, though may also be completely Blasé about a situation at hand. He's also been known to be a total goofball when not in uniform or on duty.
On his father's side, he's the cousin of Erika, and was betrothed at a young age Rumika/Jessebelle, whom he swiftly developed a dislike of. Her temperament is but one of the reasons he, and his pet, ran away at a young age.
If he needs to use a last name, he, like the vast majority of TR members, use either Saitou or Tanaka, both which are extremely common within Kanto and her subject nations.
While Growlie is a pet, the growlithe is very much capable of holding her own in a battle. Jame's rarely battles her though and out of all his pokemon, she is the most valued.
Within breeding circles, he's known as ‘James the Reclusive’, and his public appearances are rare, with hair either natural black, or dyed brown and dress as casual as possible.
They will not harm children if they can help it; they have standards. Aside from that, they're one of the best sub-admin duos with a high success rate on missions. Enough so they can afford to take time off from work.
While many of their pokemon are seen as replaceable tools, they do care for the pokemon they have, yet are utterly ruthless with pokemon they don't.
They have fed more than a few people to Arbok and Victreebel over the years.
The gang James and Jessie fell in with worked for the Rockets, and while Jessie did try and gain access to employment in the Pokemon Centre fields, they both ended up funnelled into working for the Rockets, where they rose through the ranks to become successful Sub-Admins under Ariana.
