What do you seek?

Aswini was telling me about how when we were in college, CK shared a story about a teacher who influenced her greatly in school. We knew CK as an outgoing fun active person. Apparently, she was shy and quiet and it was this teacher who led to the change.

The story goes that I suggested we make a butterfly, as this was very like a butterfly out of cocoon experience and send it across. While Aswini being the master craftsperson made the butterfly, I contributed to writing the poem (not one I am proud of).

Like most stories form my past, this one again does not sit very actively in my memory. But I am very grateful for the many wonderful people in my life who hold on to these stories for me.
