Sometimes it feels as if this beast named, Anxiety, is all but tamed. Until, it ambushes you and suddenly you’re unable to breathe.

I’m happy. For the first time in forever, I am happy.

I can’t tell if silence is the best answer…

When you’re able to look back and compare who you were verses who you are now and see positive progress, you know you’re succeeding. Make positive changes and decisions for your future now. No matter how heartbreaking or how difficult these choices are. It is never selfish to put your well-being above others. When you love yourself correctly, you’ll find people you who know how to love you correctly.

I don’t know if you’ll ever read this but you can’t just say sorry to make it okay. What you said let me know how you truly view me. I can’t surround myself with those who think ill of me when I’m not around.

I feel so heavy now. There’s not reason, either. I’m back to barely existing.

My bones feel tired. I think I’m getting worse again. I just need to fight it off a little longer.

I know I’m painted as the bad guy. I’ll never be the one who was let down.s It’ll always be my fault in your guys’ eyes.

I am taking back my body. I may not be able to control the universe but I can dictate my health.

I’ve lost a lot this year. However, I know it’s necessary for my growth. So many wonderful opportunities are on the horizon.

It’s weird. Ive learned to love you a different way but I still feel the love in my heart that i once had for you. I feel this everytime I think of you. I miss the feeling we shared..can’t wait until I can have that again.

We don’t talk anymore. Maybe we’ve both moved on or we’re both pretending because we should be.
