Convergence Creation Week Day Seven -Endings

Ends are not bad and many ends aren’t really an ending; some things are never-ending.

Short video with all of my characters who are now all living a never-ending journey in the Convergence after going through many harsh endings in their own worlds and the Convergence.

Convergence Creation Week Day Five -Pain 

Find a place inside where there’s joy, and the joy will burn out the pain. 

Tris thinks about emotional pain and considers whether she should let her friends go. 

Out of everyone in this world, I know my pain isn’t comparable to what some people have gone through. People have lost children, siblings, parents and I can not pretend that my experiences back home can be considered the same. However, recently I have started to notice that my trauma here, in The Convergence, greatly outweighs what I felt back home and the majority of it can be centred down to two people; Thomas and Ginny. My two best friends; I love them more than anything in this world even when we are broken, apart and alone. 

I know that Ginny has Draco and I can only hope that they will be happy together for a long time to come. Seeing him smile when I mention her makes me proud inside and knowing that she has someone who deserves everything she gives, well there’s little that will bring me more joy. 

Thomas, on the other hand, has Zoe. It’s bittersweet, but when I burn through the cold whispers of pain I can smile knowing that he is loved and happy. Inklings of sadness will always remain in my heart but seeing him loved by someone lets me sleep with the reassurance that he is okay. I’d like to think Thomas is almost simple in that way, if he is happy he will not think of me and even if I know it isn’t true I can force myself to believe it. 

Yesterday I saw Logan again, and he actually made me smile which will probably give him an ego the size of a house but I can ignore it. He seems nice? If he would be willing to be my friend I would like it. Just for a little while of course, I don’t want him to end up like Thomas who I’ve completely destroyed. With someone like him, and Reyna, then I’ll be able to let Thomas and Ginny go knowing they are happy and safe while even bringing a little joy to myself. 

I suppose this could be considered a little bit selfish but I still want to be happy and more importantly I can believe that they, Thomas and Ginny will be happy.

Convergence Creation Week Day Four -Memories

Remembering the past gives power to the present.

Tris considers past arguments with her friends to see if she can find a solution to making things up with Thomas. 

Dear Diary,

In this place…in The Convergence, I find that using memories and experiences from home or even more recently can help me through all the things the world throws at me. Except this time this situation isn’t the world’s fault. It’s mine. I’ve lost Thomas. 

My best friend is gone.

The worst fight I’ve ever had before this was with Christina back home after she discovered that I killed Will. I remember all the insults her and Cara threw at me under their breaths but I don’t take them to heart anymore. I thought that if I could remember how I fixed things with her I could be selfish and use it again to get Thomas back even though I know he will be okay alone. 

The thing is, I didn’t do anything to get Christina back (that time at least). She just forgave me and perhaps that is what I have to do with Thomas. Hopefully it will work out like it did back then.
