[a/n]: sorry this took me so long to get up i got distracted by the fUCKiNG buLLshIT goING on iN My LifE

T’Challa shook his head laughing as he heard the blaring Disney music echoing from the living room, know that [y/n] was sitting in front of the screen in awe at another cartoon film. He had not been with the Avengers for long, but in the time that he had, he was able to quickly collect a few things about the team: Sam didn’t like to be called a bird, don’t touch Tony’s suits, and [y/n] was relentless when it came to anything Disney. He had once even witnessed her carefully persuade Tony into taking the entire team on a week long DisneyLand trip.

It wasn’t until recently that the king had come to terms with his feelings for the girl. He had finally decided to accept what he had learned to love. He’d learned to love her off-key singing and her bright smile and her belief of the magic of childhood. And there she was now, wrapped up tightly in a fuzzy blanket, eyes intently set on the screen while Frozen flickered into the dark room.

Deciding to take his chances, T’Challa plopped down next to her on the couch, providing some company on the off-chance that she desired his. She did.

And, of course, Sam walked in at the wrong moment to witness the cute scene. He gushed endlessly over them, to which [y/n] only responded by shushing him, claiming that she couldn’t hear the movie over his bullshit. But both men could’ve sworn that they could see a slight blush sweep across her face as she tried to convince herself that this was about the movie.

There was a long pause before Sam grinned and asked, “So are you guys gonna sing the duet together?”

T’Challa rolled his eyes at the absurd idea.

“What are you crazy? We’re not going to duet a Disney son-”

Peter smiled contently as he wrapped his arms around her waist, drawing her closer to him. It was Friday at last. No more Finals for the weekend, for now it was just him and Y/n lying on the couch, Star Wars flickering quietly on the screen in front of them. 

Y/n reclined her head so that she could look at him. The way his eyes lit up at the action scenes, the way a small, dorky, smile tilted his lips throughout the whole movie, she adored it all. She smiled and happily and kissed his cheek, making his attention shift to her. 

He practically melted at the smile that she was giving him, the smile that he had fell so hard for, a smile that he wanted permanently etched in his memory. He replied with a peck on her lips as he impossibly tried to pull her closer. 

“I love you so much,” he whispered into her hair as she lied her head on his chest, listening carefully to his heart beating. “I love you too,” she replied.

A chill crawled down her spine, causing a shiver to shake Y/n’s small frame in his arms. Without missing a beat, Peter sat up and pulled his hoodie off of his own arms before wrapping Y/n up in it. She slipped her arms through the sleeves and he pulled the zipper up, encasing her in the warmth.

[a/n] i told an anon a long time ago that i would fuck them up with t’challa so i have like two t’challa fics that im writing right now plus this. so get ready. 

T’Challa getting jealous would include…

It’s probably Sam or Scott that’s pissing him off, let’s be real.

Him being pretty hesitant to let his feelings be known because he didn’t want you to think that he was petty about it, but he would totally be secretly petty about it.

But you’ve always been there for him and you make him feel like he’s the most important person in the world so this man would love your attention.

Furthermore, when he’d see someone else getting more of your attention/affection, it’d make his blood boil because you were supposed to be his sunshine.

He probably wouldn’t be really very obvious about it. If you were talking and laughing with someone else, he would ask you if you wanted to go on a walk with him, just to get you away from the other person. 

But you would be able to see through his act. 

“Are you jealous, Your Majesty?” 

Then he’d do that bashful little smile and say, “Never.”

If you were clearly uncomfortable when some man was talking you up, that would really work him up and he’d probably straight up confront them.

Or sometimes he’d take the *subtle* approach.

“I see you’ve met my Queen.”

But there’d be times where he’d get legitimately sad and upset and in those cases you’d just have to take him away from everyone else and hold him close for a minute.

And on his more stressful, grumpy days, boy, oh boy, everybody knows not to touch you bc T’challa will cut a bitch.

Like on those days he would sulk on the couch, his arm around you next to him, and if someone would start talking to him he would tighten his arm around you and give them that look, you know? The look. You know the one.

“You’re cute when you’re jealous.”

“Then I must be simply adorable right now.”

If he knows there’s going to be someone that would be all over you where you’re going, he would find something of his for you to wear so that people would get the message.

Boy and his people would know how possessive he can get so when someone from somewhere else would be getting friendly with you, the whole Kingdom would kind of feel bad for them.

You better believe that he stayed up at night planning the whole thing out. First, you become his lab partner. Then, you fall for him. Then, you start dating. Then, you admit your undying love for him. And finally, you’re married with two kids.

And he’d be a fucking dork about it too because the idea of touching your hand sends butterflies in his stomach, let alone thinking about his plan to get you to love him.

But when you are lab partners and you have to work on a project with him he lowkey would make sure the lights were slightly dim and would pretend that the project was taking longer than it had to so that you could stay for takeout and a crappy 80′s movie.

You would be talking to him and he’d be smiling so big the whole time and you wouldn’t be able to figure out if there was something wrong or…?

Look at me in the eye and tell me that he wouldn’t be the person to ask “Wanna kiss?” while you were watching a movie and if you didn’t respond correctly, pull a chocolate kiss out of his pocket and offer it to you.

Him trying to get you out of his head, but he’d look at you all day and not be able to find a flaw and he’d get so frustrated.

You’d try to get him out of his shell and take him to a football game at the high school and would totally make sure that you were wearing his hoodie when a player looked at you.

Sharing earbuds in class because he’d be dying to show you the music he likes.
