just someone who's fat & ugly

It's kinda sad when you can admire and encourage certain qualities in other people, but you don't embrace those same qualities about yourself... especially in regards to weight/size/"thickness"/body positivity, sex positivity, or even self-expression in general

I can't stress enough that people need to be aware that there are doctors who are "just okay" at their jobs. Who barely passed their boards and/or had to retake courses and/or had scores so low they even had a hard time matching at the end of med school.

I told a doctor I thought I was depressed because Im lonely and nothing excites me anymore............. he told me I couldn't be depressed because depressed people speak in a low tone and dont make eye contact.
