i DESPERATELY need advice on how to not binge. its 11:38 am and ive already eaten 1000 calories i want to die.

i just finished a 3 hour hike on a empty stomach while also pretty dehydrated. i feel like an angel getting its wings but maybe im crazy.

went over my cal limit every day i was on vacation 😞 when i get back tomorrow im only gonna eat beans and fruit and drink a bunch of detox tea until all the shit i ate is gone. super embarrassed with myself.

had a fatass moment today. i had to change my outfit because the sleeves on my button up were too tight... all this will be over soon. in a matter of months ill be swimming in all my clothes.

i wish i was starved as a child so i didnt have to grow up to be this big. my bone structure is NOT setup for me to be skinny and it KILLS ME

every time i wanna eat i brush my teeth. that way if i do eat it tastes bad, plus my teeth will be whiter yaaay!
