earlier this year, a bug emerged in ilomilo plus (the version of the game that can be played on windows devices). when you try to open the game while signed in to your xbox / microsoft account, the game gets stuck infinitely attempting to sign in. at least from what i have experienced, there is no way to bypass this, which makes the game unplayable.

if you have ilomilo plus and are also experiencing this issue, please take some time to make a bug report on microsoft’s feedback hub (installed as an application on your windows device) and upvote / comment on the posts that are already there! microsoft addresses feedback based on volume of submissions on a topic, so the more people we can get to submit a report and engage with other reports, the more likely it is that they will address this issue.

Found a lovely piece of art that I had saved to my phone 7ish years ago

I just want to show you what I did a few days ago. I've been playing ilomilo since I was 6 years old, and only after many years did I discover that websites and blogs existed. It took a long time to convince my mother to buy the game back then, but she agreed, and when she did, I jumped for joy and spent the rest of my days playing it non-stop. For me, this will always be the best game I've ever played.

For some time now I've been working on a fanfiction-style comic inspired by ilomilo. Maybe someday I'll show it here. Just a note that I have great respect for all creators, But I'm a huge fan of this game and I really like comic books. So I decided to make the comic book myself so I could take ilomilo with me wherever I go. ❤️🩵
