Hey guys,

I don’t talk about mental health much, but we all know how important it is to look after yourself, regardless of whatever struggles you’re going through. One of the ways I do this, which may seem a little weird, is to imagine characters I love talking to me, and telling me to calm down. I thought I’d share some of these here in the hopes that it helps someone else, too. These are mainly academic based, since that causes me a lot of stress, but I hope you guys like them anyway!

Samuel Drake
