Hey! Visualization is the ability to see in your imagination what you want to manifest. The best way to do that is this way:

1. Choose a scene of your desire as it has already manifested, focus on the end result not how or when it happens. For ex. if you want a car then see yourself having bought that car and driving it already.

2. Visualize in first person not third person. Don't see yourself in your visualization, you must be able to live on that visualization so you must be able to see your surrounding through your eyes. So if you see through your eyes you must see your hands, and feet and body but not your face. You see though you not seeing yourself as another person.

3. Now engage all your senses and if you want for ex. to manifest a car see yourself driving the car and do that for 5-10 minutes. I would suggest to do this twice a day at least.

4. When you finish your visualization go on with your day, focus on something else and let the Universe deliver your desire.

5. Don't focus on the how or when it comes, just have faith it comes!

Notes:

Don't try to rush results, it might take time.

Third person view can work but it won't work as fast as first person.

You don't need to be an absolute believer but at least have faith and trust the process.
