I hate mental pain - I’m Good at physical pain

Standing up for yourself is not toxic, when you’ve dealt with enough and finally speak up to stand your ground the real toxic person will tell you are the toxic one. Do not beat yourself up ever for this reverse manipulation. I’ve been betrayed and lied too, then when I put in my word and didn’t just sit by quiet, they act like the hurt victim. Don’t start hating yourself. Protect your mind

Reason I don’t talk badly about my Ex - Regardless if they are deserving of it or not -

Whatever set back you may have, realize you are too amazing to go down and don’t drown yourself in the deep end. Pain is progression - your growing and getting prepared for the great things that are going to happen!

- At one point, everything in my life fell apart, I started trusting in Jesus and bettering myself. My life prospered, and everything starting falling together. Have faith in the Lord even if it maybe difficult too
