So I haven't posted much during the season sorry I've been crazy busy but I loved season 12 thought the new format worked pretty dang well, thought I would do like a final rankings of my thoughts on the dancers just my personal opinionsÂ
 Gaby - duh gaby is prob one of my favourite ever contestants on sytycd that girl lights up the stage and her technique is flawless I want her feet! I'm still obsessed with her tap duet with zack too. I think she deserved to win and I'm so happy she took itÂ
Hailee - love hailee so much she's such a powerhouse dancer and I think she's going to book work left right and centre out in laÂ
 Jim - I mean you just have to watch one of jims solos to be blown away, I think he had such a rough time given to him on the show no one else was thrown out of their style as much as him. And he had so many standout numbers can't wait to see what he does next tooÂ
 Edson - I will be the first to admit I didn't really get why Edson was in the top 20 at beginning and also I thought he should have gone home over Moises but man was I wrong, Edson has such a fire in him when he performs he puts everything out there, he had some amazing routines and def one of my faves!Â
Marissa - I'm a little bit obsessed with marissa I think that girl is incredible and I'm so gutted she got given routines that weren't going to get her votes, I think if she had been given a contemp to really show what she can do we would have seen her in the top 10. They gave her the sexy girl 3 weeks in a row which is always really challenging to then connect but I still think marissa is prob going to be one of the commercial and successful dancersÂ
 Alexia - always gutted she didn't get top 10 she deserved it , that should have been a judge save not Twitter in my opinion. I love alexia she is another power house to me and her hip hop is one of my faaaaavesÂ
 Kate - loooove Kate I wish we got to see her more out of her style though she literally did Jazz contemp and a Broadway. In her field though she's flawlessÂ
Moises - I really love Moises as a dancer and bar his hip hop I think he was doing great on the show. I was massively put off by his comments after his elimination but that does seem to have been a moment of frustration and seems to have nothing but love now . I do wish we got to see more of Moises for sure can't wait to see clips of him on tour! He's doing the Broadway with jaja which I think could be really great for himÂ
 Derek - ok so going into this season I obv heard the Derek hype and I watched some YouTube videos and he is obv INCREDIBLE and his technique is everything BUT on the show I just don't think he committed to anything. I wish he had waited a year or two to come on the show to develop who he is as a dancer. I kind of felt all his dances were forgettable with maybe the exception of luminous which I do love. And honestly I don't think he deserved top 8 based on what he performed on sytycd not outside of it.Â
 Darion - simply because we didn't get to see a lot of him, I think he was prob one of the last min replacements as they def hyped up Jim not him as the ballet guy and then gave him that salsa he didn't really stand much of a chance. But I see lots of pics and clips of him at a ballet company he's at now so that's the main thing he's doing greatÂ
 Jaja - simply one of the finest actresses I think we have ever seen on sytycd so happy she did so Great on this season she deserved top spot on team streetÂ
Yorelis - I was GUTTED!!!!! She went home so early honestly if you watch the team street numbers I only watch Yorelis most of the time she is incredible! And her piece with jim was epic!Â
 Virgil - you can't not love Virgil he has such an amazing stage presenceÂ
Neptune - the dark horse of the season for me I thought he would be gone week 1 but I'm so glad he didn't. He put everything into all of his performances on the show and his contemp pieces especially are all so amazingÂ
 Jj - always so sad we didn't see jj and Robert piece! Jj is like Virgil to me sooooo much stage presence she's like a light on that stageÂ
 Megz - I mean megz in you there is just incredible!!!! So glad she had such a great seasonÂ
 Ariana- I still can't put my finger on what didn't work for Ariana, she is such an amazing dancer her contemp with Jim was phenomenal and she always stands out in group numbers but some thing about her people just didn't connect too. And I did feel the same I often forgot her her which is sad. But she is greatÂ
 Lily - wish we saw more !!!Â
 Burim - he did a good job for what he could doÂ
 Asaf - was there for drama it worked we all spoke about it. Shouldn't have been in top 20.Â
