david
The doctor jumped at the shout. Swallowing he said nothing looking down at the floor of his office. A shaky breath left him as the door slammed. David knew better than to chase after him. David could feel the anger roll off of Kaidan from even across the office chasing David to wait for a few moments not wanting to run into anyone in the hall.
With a sigh David dropped in one of the chairs of his office dropping his bag onto the ground.
going home wasn’t an option now. not when liam would be there waiting for him. after what david has said, he felt dirty. the older man had been right, it wasn’t fair to connor or liam when he had thoughts like that, but it wasn’t like he wanted to have them. they just happened, and there wasn’t anything he could do about it.
reaching the exit to the hospital, he adjusted his bag strap against his shoulder and frowned a little to himself. if going home wasn’t an option, he’d have to think of something else. a bar maybe. that seemed like the best idea. fighting back a slew of angry curses, he headed for the closest bar her knew.
fuck everything. why did he always fuck everything up? at this point it must be a gift.
