The Process of TM
The more we bombard the senses in our search of satisfaction the more mental noise increases, the stronger thoughts have to become in order to be consciously appreciated, and the more the inner fields are hidden from the awareness.
One of the commonest mistakes made in meditation is to try to reach the state of pure consciousness. But it turns out that trying only takes one further the goal. It is only when one stops trying to meditate that the whole process starts happening of its own accord bringing one full in sight of the goal so long aimed at.
The idea that the mind has to be controlled before is will come to a state of stillness is usually the result of an incorrect understanding of how the mind functions. Many have noticed how their minds always seem to wandering from one thought to another; never being still for long on one idea, let alone completely silent; a continually changing panorama of thoughts and images. They have assumed that It must therefore be in the nature of the mind to wander. From this dales premise it is then deduced that if the mind is to be stilled it must be controlled; it must be prohibited from following its natural inclination.
But unless the thought or image to which the mind is being held is a particularly charming one the mind will soon become bored and start wandering off in search of more enjoyable experience. It becomes “obvious” that severe mental discipline will be essential if the mind is to be kept on the chose theme. So one tries hard, and, lo and behold, it is indeed found to be difficult. Experience supports the argument and the fundamental flaw is never suspected. It is initial premise that is wrong – the premise that it is the essential nature of the mind to wander.
The Path of Effortlessness
The purpose of meditation is to let the whole mind become completely still. Butt so long as there is any control or effort some mental activity must be continuing and it will be impossible for the whole mind to become still.
One possible explanation of how these techniques may eventually succeed is that after the mind has been stretched to its furthest limits for long periods of time it eventually gives up. When it does give up it lets go of everything and the person spontaneously ‘transcends’.
Likewise, concentration plays no part in TM. Strictly speaking to concentrate means to focus, to bring together, to become one-pointed; it does not necessarily signify control or effort. In most practical situations, however, some effort is usually necessary. Firstly the mind has to be held to the chosen thought against its natural tendency to roam off in search of more charming ideas. And secondly more energy has to be put into the thinking process itself in order to increase the signal to noise ratio and make the chosen thought clearer in consciousness. Thus the world “concentration” has generally become synonymous with “effort”.
One is now flowing with the natural tendency of the mind rather than struggling against it and control is no longer necessary. Moreover, since the background mental noise is decreasing, there is no need to think “harder” in order to increase the clarity of thought – it becomes clearer automatically.
With TM there is no concern with the meaning of thoughts. It does not matter what one is thinking about, only that one can think.
My mind… was calm and peaceful. I was sitting in a state of quiet, even passive enjoyment, not actually thinking, but letting ideas, images and emotions flow of themselves.

Zen - Living
The practice of concentrating the mind to a single pointless result of which is self-realization or enlightenment.
The search of self-realization is powered by our anxieties and our fears with feed our ego, causing frustration on our daily life.
While meditating, first you correct your body and then you correct your breathing the correct breathing is ¨CHOSOKU¨.
Alan Watts, the person who thinks all the time, has nothing to think about except thoughts, so he looses touch with reality and lives on a world of illusions, by thoughts I mean a chattering inside the skull, perpetual and compulsory repetition of words of calculations and symbols going on inside the head. For as the result is confusing, the real world and nature with real signs such as money or stocks makes us destroy nature.
Meditation is key to get in touch with reality. With meditation our only concern is reality ¨what is¨, the past is a memory, the future is an expectation, the future is an expectation it doesn't exist. Simply be here, nothing else.
To experience what is without saying anything else about it.
The great problem of civilization is to come back to its sense, the trouble is that we confuse what comes in by our sense with the words and other symbols in which they describe them, the world itself isn't words, it isn't concepts, its isn't ideas. The real world couldn't never be defined, because is not material, is not spiritual, is not mental it is what it is.
In a state of consciousness, there is no past, no future there is only now. The whole process of life is something that happens just like that. The purpose to it all is just words a though on your mind. So stop thinking.
Who you are, your definition of self is always changing. The self comes and the self goes. Stop to loose yourself on feelings about your feelings, just feel compassion.

Mindfullness Living
Having a Mindfulness living in my opinion, is not about having a particular kind of experience, it is about how we relate to all of our experiences. Meditation is like an escape into reality not nirvana. Meditation awakens our empathy and our sense of compassion. To be wise is to see things clearly without illusion. My conceptions/ideas of success and failure must be abandoned when I start my meditation. Is not about being better than anyone else, or obtains special abilities or powers… is just about connecting with your self on better and positive way. You already have it inside you….
But What is a Mindfull Living?
Is being present on a non judgment way, theres is nothing more powerful than witnessing your life and the life of others on a mindful way. Thoughts are very powerful, thoughts don't just make changes on our humor, they change our body too. So, don't underestimate the power of your thoughts.
Don't look for a formula of some course or self help book, remember that Happiness is a subjective state of wellbeing and living, create your own Happiness. Just give up being right all the time, don't judge and see things with other perspectives:
1 - Question your perception
2 - Question your thinking (are they negative or positive?)
3 - Have an holistic speech (take responsibility for your speech, but be sure to be your self)

How to Meditate
Mindfulness should be followed by practicing honesty and intelligence, Intelligence is the base of life, the fundamental value of life. So, anyone who can think can meditate, because thinking is the basis for the ability of meditation.
I am going to start by saying that, meditation is a habit. We should meditate every day, just like we brush our teeth or take a bath. I don’t have to like it, you just have to do it!
Be patient, because is very weird in the beginning and don't expect immediate results… you are going to learn by doing it, and after a while the changes will be perceived.
Relax, do it and don't think about it too much.. just do it!!!
The Meditation Technic I usually use, I learned on a Dojo in Barcelona, there are more the one technic, however I am sharing this one, because is the one I believe it works for me (pick the one that suits you best):
Practice 20 minutes two times a day, seated on a comfortable chair.
Foot on the floor entirely on the floor (if you can be barefoot that would be great), a straight back (not touching the back of the chair, avoid leaning on it).
Seek a posturing, that avoids all unnecessary movements, remember to relax your shoulders, you can put your hands together like the buddhist meditation, or relaxed on your knees.
Put the shin aligned with the floor. Try once with close eyes, and another with open eyes if you do aspen, focus on just one point stability.
What can you expect?
You will produce a rested alertness. Helping your mind to make decisions more based on your inner truth and not on fear. While meditating don't analyze your experience or judge that moment, try to be the most impartial with what is happening to yourself.
The feeling of boredom is completely created by our own mind, the only way to avoid boredom is to fully pay attention to our present moment.
Sleeping is extremely important a very important form of conscience meditation.
Our mind is nothing but the abundance of thoughts, don't go behind those thoughts. Observation is the nature of the self, and Meditation is a journey to the self.
Meditation should be done everyday, it should be proportional to its age, so if you are 30 you should meditate for 30 minutes. Meditation is caring for the mind in order to:
- Moment to moment attention
-Making an effort to keep thoughts wholesome
- Creating a mind of non-attachment
- Practicing moral integrity
- Keeping the body healthy

Don't feel superior to anyone or infer ion to anyone.
Get rid of you toxic emotions: guilt, anger, envy, etc.
Every time you feel distracted or lost pay attention to your body or to your breathing.
If you feel a negative emotion, take responsibility for that, detached the psychological diminution and pay attention to your body, what are you feeling? What is the physical dimension of that emotion? Whiteness the emotion, define it whiteout blaming another person or yourself.
Be the change you want to see in the world.
Start talking with everybody else, share your story. Make a difference with something
