like guh the mech animation and designs in this show are so gorgeouss

ik I haven't drawn much mecha stuff from Zeta (on me, tbh I've been a bit burnt out from drawing mechs atm) but seriously the designs for mechs like the Gundam MKII, Qubeley, Rick Dias, etc. are so good

And that's not even to mention the symbolism behind each mech's design and how they represent their pilot's characters,, + the comradery/ friendships between the Argama/Radish/Audhumla crews, and the beautifully haunting storytelling (AND THE SOUNDTRACKK)

It's so good, I need more ppl to watch Zeta oml,, (but do please watch the original Mobile Suit Gundam first, it's also so peak- actual peak television)

Machu and Amuro!

Probably one of my favorite threads/concepts in all of gquuuuuux. Big fan of when the mechs are haunted— seems like its been a trend in the newer shows and im. Im here for it. Fnaf it up in there!

Though the implication of Amuro’s soul being bound to the gquuuuuux is kind of tragic, it was cool to see him look out for Machu. In a way he was able to finally be a proper mentor to another newtype— something he never really accomplished when he was alive. Better late than never I guess?

I like to think after the events of the anime Machu’s able to communicate with him more, maybe break up his periods of isolation a bit.

Also he should haunt Char forever.

As flawed as gqux is, it has so much potential for insane what-ifs… so so fun. Gah.
